Returns & Exchanges Policy

30-Day Love It or Your Money Back Guarantee

At Happy Power, we want you to love moving your body with our products. If you try your mat or bands and you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days, we’ll give you a full refund or exchange — even if the item has been used.

To qualify:

  • Your return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be sent back with its original packaging

Please note: Items marked as “sale” are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@happypower.com.au with:

  • Your name
  • Full shipping address
  • Order number
  • Clear photos and a description of the issue

We’ll organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once your return is received at the Happy Power warehouse. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Exchanges

Prefer a different colour or design? No worries. Exchanges are processed at the original purchase price and shipped within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned item.


Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns for damage caused by improper care or excessive/abnormal wear and tears
  • Returns for items purchased through another retailer must be handled directly with that retailer.
