HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED? 

You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have provided. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours please each out to us at hello@happypower.com.au 

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM? 

We are an Australian based business and all of our orders will ne shipped from our Warehouse in Sydney.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO? 

We will happily ship worldwide. If you can’t find this option at Checkout please contact us directly at hello@happypower.com.au  and we will happily assist you with this. 

CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS IN STORE?

At the moment, our items are sold exclusively on our website.

AM I ABLE TO RETURN MY ORDER? 

We love our Happy Mat, and we hope you will too. From time to time there may be manufacturing flaws. In this case or if you are not happy with your mat for whatever reason, send it back to us within 2 weeks of the order date and we will happily exchange it or refund you (minus postage).  Returns can be arranged by emailing hello@happypower.com.au.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE YOUR HAPPY MATS MADE FROM?
Our mats are made from ethically sourced natural rubber and super soft suede. They are biodegradable, non toxic and eco-friendly.

WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF YOUR HAPPY MATS?

Our Happy Mats are 183 cm x 68 cm and 5mm thick. They are slightly larger than your average mat but we love them just the way they are.

ARE HAPPY MATS ECO-FRIENDLY?

Yes! Our Happy Mats have been designed with the planet in mind. Our mats are free from toxic PVC and are made from sustainably sourced products that won't harm the environment.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN AND LOOK AFTER MY HAPPY MAT?

Here is what we recommend - grab yourself a spray bottle and fill it up with 4/5 clean water and 1/5 white vinegar. You can also add a drops of an essential oil like tea tree oil, lemon grass oil, lavender oil or eucalyptus oil but don't use more than a drop or two. Shake the bottle and lightly spray the surface of the mat and wipe it down with a soft white cloth. Do not put in clothes dryer, iron or dry clean your Happy Mat!
