Hey babe, so good to see you here.
I’m a fitness addict, smoothie-loving, multiple business-owning mum to three girls. One good thing the Covid pandemic brought me was a big-ass reality check. The universe was sending me some clear signals that I had to slow down, embrace each moment, love myself and love my people.
One thing I set out to change is to make time for me. Because I believe self-care is just as important as spending time with the people you love. When you look after yourself, life feels amazing!
I started Happy Power with my sister-in-law, Jacki, after searching for my ideal exercise mat to complement my daily workouts. I was looking for a beautiful mat with fun patterns and colours. But I also wanted it to be a premium, sustainable and ethical product. There was nothing that felt like me.
So, after spending hours trawling the internet and visiting shops – you guessed it. I decided to create my own with Jacki. Not just for us, but for you too.
I know there are so many people like me who want a bright, modern, sexy as hell mat that’s eco friendly too. And they want to move and breathe in comfy, joy-brining activewear.
Women who like to do yoga. Parents with young kids who spend loads of time on the floor. People who like to journal or meditate. Fitness fans who exercise at home. People who stretch at sunrise, after a workout or while watching TV. People who practice breathwork.

I’m a mum of two, sister-in-law to the beautiful Britt and I love tacos. I’d eat them every day for the rest of my life if I could! 🌮
I love to start my day with a bit of me time at the gym or walking my golden lab Chloe before getting the rugrats to school. It sets up my day and grounds me for the hours ahead.
As an ex-events manager, I love being creative, coming up with a vision and bringing it to life. I am so pumped to spread body positivity far and wide with Happy Power.
I love that Happy Power makes impact by getting you moving, breathing and finding the movement that feels good for you.
